Camera Parts

Aperture; an opening, hole, or gap.

Shutter; a device that opens and closes to expose the film in a camera

Exposure; total amount of light allowed to fall on the photo

Depth of Field; how far the camera focuses

F-stop; a camera setting that controls light

Focal Length; the distance between the center of a lens or curved mirror and its focus

2. power button: turns the camera on and off
3. flash button: controls the flash 
25. body cap: protects inside of the camera from dust and scratches
4. view finder: shows you what your photo will look like before taking it
8. tripod socket: where you can attach the tripod and the camera
12. display button: switches the display from the viewfinder to the LCD moniter
